Lee S. Goldsmith, M.D., LL.B., one of America's foremost legal experts on the practice of medicine, is a senior partner in the law firm of Goldsmith, Richman & Harz, LLP. As a practicing attorney and founding partner of AHCI, Dr. Goldsmith has integrated his business, medical and legal expertise to advance new medical technologies and bring them into the mainstream of current healthcare.
Dr. Goldsmith earned his medical and law degrees at New York University, has been adjunct Professor of Law at Fordham Law School, and has delivered grand rounds at many hospitals and medical schools across the country. He is Past President of the American College of Legal Medicine, Past Chairman of the American Board of Law in Medicine, and Alternate Delegate to the AMA House of Delegates.

Francis I. Kittredge, Jr., M.D., J.D., has, as the former Chief of Neurology for Eastern Maine Medical
Center and President of a ten-member neuroscience group, been a pioneer
in the fields of Computerized Axial Tomography and Magnetic Resonance
Imaging as well as a consultant to a variety of institutions and
physicians groups nationwide. With over 37 years of experience in medicine, law and business, his expertise in financial analysis, joint venture development and medical business affairs, as well as his experience in structuring and operating several diagnostic facilities, provides AHCI with a unique blend of talent and leadership.
Dr. Kittredge earned his medical and law degrees at Temple University and is a current Governor of the American Board of Law in Medicine, and Delegate to the American Medical Association. He has also been a Director of the Medical Mutual Insurance Company of Maine and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Joint Underwriting Association of Maine.

Chief Financial Officer
Bruce Roscher, C.P.A., C.F.P., C.M.A., has over 20 years of experience in his field. Mr. Roscher completed his studies at Drexel University and is a member of the American Institute of CPA's, the Medical Group Management Association, the Institute of Management Accountants, and the Institute of Certified Financial Planners.

Sharon L. Worsham, Vice President, with over twenty years of mobile diagnostic experience and expertise, has managed two mobile diagnostic acquisitions. She is an active member of the New England MRI Association, Magnetic Resonance Managers Society, the MR Cooperative, and the Society of Nuclear Medicine. Ms. Worsham is responsible for the development and growth of American Health Centers, Inc. Her management, marketing and communication skills assure that all our operations are expertly managed with the best interests of our patients and client hospitals in mind.

Director of Operations
Ann Marie Nolin, RT(R)(MR) has over 17 years of experience in mobile services starting her tenure as a CT Technologist and being cross-trained into MRI in 1990. Ms. Nolin oversees American Health Centers' mobile diagnostic imaging services in the New England region. She is a member of the Magnetic Resonance Managers Society, Society of Magnetic Resonance Technologists and the American Society of Radiologic Technologists. Ms. Nolin is also an American Heart Association BLS Instructor.
