American Health Centers: Patient Perceptions
• I have had several MRI’s in Southern NH and have never been treated so well in the
past. This was the first time at your facility . Staff joked around with me but did not
rush me or over talk to me. I was very thankful that they checked in with me to make
sure I was comfortable throughout the exam - my previous experiences were with a
technologist that didn’t seem to care that the patient was in pain.
They were fabulous!
• Excellent! I had to lay on my stomach and had double knee surgery, they even put
pillows under my knees. Excellent Care!
• Staff was extremely courteous, kind and attentive. I have had several MRIs over
the past ten years and this was my first at Speare. I can’t say enough about the
two men yesterday morning, March 1, 2010. They were just the nicest techs and I
really appreciate all that they did to make my experience the best it could be.

• Everyone was very nice and polite and helpful. I could not ask for anything more.
• I wish the table you lay on was more comfortable with more padding. My back was
uncomfortable. The staff did what they could to give me some support.
• The three individuals who did my MRI were awesome and treated me incredibly
amazing! It was my third MRI in a month, and they not only helped me in and out
of my wheelchair, helped me get my shoes on and off, get onto the table and off,
brought me to get registered for another test, got my MRI disc to me ASAP, but
also brought me to my next test place.
• I answered yet to number one to tell you that Steve came out often; keeping me up
to date as to how much longer it was going to be. He was very thoughtful of my
situation.
• Your staff is highly professional and focused on meeting patients need, whether it
be more info, reassurance, or checking in (kindly) during the procedure. They are
sensitive to potential fears. Bravo!
• I was very satisfied now and in 2004 when I had my open heart operation. I want
to thank the people working there. Everyone was courteous. Forgive the writing.
I’m a little dizzy right now!
• I’m thrilled I was about to listen to music that I brought. Staff was very courteous
and attentive.
• Good service, friendly atmosphere.
• The staff was very nice and made me feel comfy and warm and kept asking if I was
alright. This MRI experience was my best one yet!
• The staff is really wonderful. They made me feel fine! Please keep them working
there. As a patient, I can say that the staff knows well how to help us when we
need an MRI.
• It was a very pleasant experience… Both the techs were really nice. I was curious
about why the MRIs were done in the trailer so the gentleman who escorted me
out engaged me in some small talk about why that is so as he walked me out and
seemed very knowledgeable about it which gave me a good feeling. Overall it was
a very easy and simple test.
• The area is fortunate to have this unit available to us.
• Cheery, friendly approach is helpful for relaxing. Good!
• The techs that took the MRI for me were all so personable, friendly, and humorous.
It was a pleasure.
• The fresh air blowing was very helpful! Not as bad as I was thinking it would be.
• Best MRI experience I have ever had. Very friendly staff. I live an hour away with
three closer hospitals and I’m considering making this one my hospital.
• Thank you to all of you who have helped Alpine grow and develop our reputation.
The standard of quality in our imaging department is possible because of the
